About the academy

Our story

Synergy Jiu-Jitsu Academy opened its mats to families in 2019. We teach Brazilian jiu-jitsu as a path to confidence, fitness and respect, with a clear belt system and coaches who know every student by name.

Our kids program follows the youth belt track, adults train in gi and no-gi, and every new student starts with a free class.
